Cancellation Policy
Should you need to cancel your order, please reach out to us as soon as possible at +44 20 7946 0958. Orders can only be canceled before they have been prepared by our kitchen. Once preparation has begun, cancellations will not be accepted.
Quality Concerns
If you are not satisfied with the quality of the food or beverages you receive, please contact us within 2 hours of your purchase. We will need a detailed description of the issue and may request photographic evidence. After reviewing the case, we may offer a full or partial refund, or a replacement item, at our discretion.
